This unit comes fully self-contained with a 85 gallon
insulated storage tank, stainless steel pump, and a pressure by-pass. The control panel is water tight and operator-friendly.
The frame is made of powder-coated aluminum, and sheeted with stainless steel to prevent corrosion in the wine making environment.
